The process

Verkor’s recruitment process is performance-based and we run our interviews accordingly. But your personality also matters!

Step 01

Find the offer that suits you, compose your CV, write your cover letter in the dedicated space, fill in your information and…let’s go! *

Step 2

Preliminary call with an HR Recruiter

Step 3

Step 4

Video call or in-person interview with the Hiring Manager

Step 5

Final interview with a Senior Manager, and if applicable one of the co-founders

Step 6

Integration process: welcome email, welcome meeting (HR department + co-founders), welcome package (IT equipment, goodies, etc.).

*Note: depending on the position, we automatically ask for a Harrisson Assessment, which allows us to find out more about the successful mix between your skills and the position you are applying for. Please note that this is not a personality test!

In the words of our recruits

At the start of the adventure, and from day 1 in the company, you’ll be assigned a “buddy”. Verkor’s buddy system pairs you with a member of the team to welcome you and assist your integration into the company. Your ‘buddy’ will walk you through your first steps in the company and in Grenoble. They will answer any questions you have and will give you advice to help you acclimatise to your new environment.
