Laurent is Verkor’s CEO. With over 22 years’ experience in production, engineering and management in the battery industry, Laurent plays a key role in the development of Verkor and the realisation of its ambitions. He previously worked at EnerSys as Vice-President of operations, overseeing several regions.

From the Verkor Innovation Centre to gigafactories, he will oversee Verkor’s ramp-up in this new phase of industrialisation of low-carbon, high-performance batteries.

Vijay worked at Jaguar Land Rover, then at Kraft Heinz, where he held various roles in operations and served as PMO & Execution Lead within the international operations team before joining Verkor. He is currently Head of CEO Office.

Ulysse has solid experience in leading transformations and strategic operations in France and internationally. After assisting major organisations with merger and acquisition projects in the banking sector, he served as Director of Transformation for the Île-de-France Region (10,000 employees) for nearly five years. He then advised the government on ecological transition and public policy effectiveness, while teaching strategy and leadership at ESCP and Paris-Dauphine. Today, as Chief People & Operational Excellence Officer at Verkor, he oversees operational excellence, strategic deployment, workforce development, and the group’s managerial transformation.

With a strong background in finance and political science, Enzo has built extensive expertise through a variety of professional experiences. After supporting Verkor for several months as a consultant on fundraising initiatives, he joined the company as Chief of Staff and Head of Financing. He currently serves as Executive Vice President, Strategy, Energy Systems & Services.

Arnaud has over 25 years’ experience in the automotive industry, with recognised expertise in business development, strategic key account management and the management of international programmes. After holding several senior management positions at Autoliv, where he was notably responsible for the global development and management of the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Customer Alliance, he joined Verkor in 2026. As Executive Vice-President – Automotive Sales and Programmes, he leads the automotive business strategy, relations with manufacturers and programme delivery to support the company’s growth.

Bruno is Chief Technology Officer at Verkor. He joined the team in 2021 as a battery expert and head of the product design team. Before joining Verkor, Bruno was a project manager for the 48 V system at Valeo and spent 10 years at Renault in the battery field, where he worked on cell safety and development as an engineer and development manager.

Boris is the Senior Director, GF Site Operations of Verkor. With over 15 years’ experience as an Industrial and Site Director at Valeo, and a strong background in purchasing and quality in the automotive industry, Boris plays a key role in Verkor’s growth strategy and in achieving our goals. He leads the operational team and is responsible for the launch and expansion of our Gigafactory in Dunkerque.

Luiz has nearly 30 years of international experience in the industry, with a career marked by strategic responsibilities in operations and quality management. After starting out at Continental and Valeo, he moved on to AKWEL and Faurecia before joining Alstom Power, where he held regional director positions in India and Indonesia. He then spent more than seven years at EnerSys as Senior Director, covering global quality and the EMEA & APAC regions. Now Senior Director, VIC Site Operations at Verkor, he ensures the performance and reliability of the Verkor Innovation Centre and supports industrialisation and technology transfer to the Gigafactory.

Guillaume has over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, with key responsibilities in R&D, project management and international quality management. Expert in quality management and industrial transformation, he has led complex projects combining innovation, performance and customer satisfaction. Now Chief Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Officer at Verkor, he oversees the quality strategy to ensure product and process excellence and develops a durable quality culture at the heart of operations and partnerships.

With over 25 years of experience in finance and consulting, Cedric has built up solid expertise in financial structuring, fundraising and M&A transactions. After starting his career at KPMG, he worked as CFO at Silicomp/Orange Business Services, then became a co-founding partner at InnovaFonds before managing APPARIUS Corporate Finance, supporting strategic transactions in the medtech, cleantech and deeptech sectors. Since 2024, he has been Chief Financial Officer at Verkor, where he oversees financial strategy and supports the company’s rapid growth in an ambitious industrial and technological environment.

Francis has over 20 years of international experience in the digital transformation of high-performance industries, with key responsibilities at Aston Martin, ABB and TeamWork Management in Europe and the United States. Now Senior Director, Digital & IT at Verkor, he is responsible for the implementation and execution of Verkor’s digital solutions. His mission: to build an information system to support the large-scale manufacture of low-carbon batteries. Passionate about innovation, Francis uses digital technologies as a lever for building a resilient and sustainable industrial future.

Camilla has solid experience in strategy, finance and operations, acquired in international and industrial environments. After starting out in consulting and investment at Handelsbanken Capital Markets and Altor Equity Partners, she held the position of Business Transformation Manager at the Rossignol Group, where she led major processes to support strategic and financial objectives. She joined Verkor in 2023, initially working on raw material purchasing and responsible sourcing, before being appointed Purchasing Director. She now drives the procurement strategy to support the company’s rapid growth in a competitive, resilient and responsible way.
