Guillaume has over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, with key responsibilities in R&D, project management and international quality management. Expert in quality management and industrial transformation, he has led complex projects combining innovation, performance and customer satisfaction.Now Quality Director at Verkor, he oversees the quality strategy to ensure product and process excellence and develops a durable quality culture at the heart of operations and partnerships.

Grégoire has solid financial experience, with more than 10 years in management and financial control roles. After starting his career in financial control, he moved on to Fremach and Berry Global, where he held strategic multi-site management positions, overseeing economic performance and budgetary processes to support growth and profitability. Now CFO of the Verkor Gigafactory, he is responsible for the economic management of the project.

Boris is the Gigafactory Plant Director of Verkor. With over 15 years’ experience as an Industrial and Site Director at Valeo, and a strong background in purchasing and quality in the automotive industry, Boris plays a key role in Verkor’s growth strategy and in achieving our goals.

He leads the operational team and is responsible for the launch and expansion of our Gigafactory in Dunkerque.

Camille has over 20 years of experience in risk management and securing high value-added international activities. After earning a postgraduate degree in business law and studying at HEC, she began her career at Thales, where she worked for eight years as an international lawyer in the Optronics and Air Systems divisions. She then joined Teledyne e2v Semiconductors to create and structure the legal department, before taking charge of supporting Digital Imaging’s European activities. Her career continued at Prophesee, where she supported the start-up’s growth as VP Legal, IP & Compliance. Since 2024, she has been managing legal activities at Verkor: construction of the Gigafactory, relations with shareholders and lenders, negotiation and monitoring of strategic contracts: ‘An exciting adventure in the service of decarbonisation and reindustrialisation in Europe!’.

With over 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, Erman specialises in automation, control engineering and the design of specialmachinery. His career at Bosch, where he progressed from electronic maintenance technician to Software and Automation Team Leader, enabled him to develop in-depth expertise in the design and implementation of innovative solutions for complex international projects. Since 2022, he has continued this momentum at Verkor: after heading up Automation & Control Engineering, he is now Process Innovation Engineering Manager, leading teams dedicated to AI, processes and automation to design advanced production solutions and accelerate industrial innovation.

Florence has over 20 years’ experience in industry, working for Bosch, one of the world’s leading suppliers of products and services. She has held a variety of positions, including B2B sales manager in the automotive industry, Chief of Staff to the President of Bosch France Benelux, and then Director of Communications and Public Affairs for France and Benelux.

Before joining Verkor, Sam managed the process engineering technological centre at SVOLT Energy Tech in China. He led the expansion of the factory while lowering costs and increasing efficiency. His extensive international experience will help Verkor to become one of the leaders in the sector.

Luiz has nearly 30 years of international experience in the industry, with a career marked by strategic responsibilities in operations and quality management. After starting out at Continental and Valeo, he moved on to AKWEL and Faurecia before joining Alstom Power, where he held regional director positions in India and Indonesia. He then spent more than seven years at EnerSys as Senior Director, covering global quality and the EMEA & APAC regions. Now VIC Operation Director at Verkor, he ensures the performance and reliability of the Verkor Innovation Centre and supports industrialisation and technology transfer to the Gigafactory.

Olivier has over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, both in France and internationally, with expertise in production, supply chain and industrial project management. His career at Renault Group and Automotive Lighting led him to manage large-scale projects, including the creation of plants and the industrialisation of hydrogen vehicles and systems in various countries such as India, Brazil, Argentina, Iran and the United Arab Emirates. At HYVIA, he oversaw the implementation of industrial operations for fuel cells, vehicles and hydrogen stations. Driven by a desire to create value through industrial development and operational excellence, he joined Verkor to contribute to the reindustrialisation of France and Europe and to put his expertise at the service of the energy transition.

Pascal is an experienced professional who previously worked at General Electric and Wärtsilä, with over 20 years of experience in international purchasing, contract management and industrial project management. Trained in electrical engineering and international purchasing, he has managed complex procurement programmes, the construction of industrial facilities and the implementation of manufacturing processes in several countries. At Verkor, he is involved in strategic sourcing and contract execution for key projects, particularly those related to the Gigafactory.

Raphaële is the Head of Sustainability at Verkor. She holds a PhD in Materials Science and previously worked at Saint Gobain on complex, multifunctional and cultural R&D projects. She then led the Carbone 4 team in the building and civil engineering sector, responsible for developing climate change mitigation and adaptation strategies for companies in this sector, particularly industrial materials companies.
