“With my PhD in electrochemistry from Grenoble, I was very keen to join Verkor. It was almost obvious that I would use my experience and energy to help meet the challenge that Verkor had set itself. Today, I am happy to be able to express my passion for developing a product that meets customer needs, mastering every detail. Surrounded by experts and passionate people, it becomes possible to take on any challenge while delivering results on time.”

Céline Barchasz, Electrolyte Engineer

Industrialisation

Industrialisation professionals bridge the gap between design and production. Their role is to ensure that new products, processes and equipment can be manufactured reliably, efficiently and repeatably on a large scale. They define and optimise manufacturing processes, draft operational standards, analyse line performance and work to continuously improve tools and flows. Their expertise covers process engineering, equipment qualification, industrial data analysis and technical problem solving.

“What I like most about my job is the diversity of responsibilities, communication, and human contact. I chose this job for its versatility. Being a production supervisor offers a wide range of responsibilities: safety, environment, quality, management, production, and costs.”

Kévin La Gioia, Production Supervisor

Quality

Quality professionals oversee every stage of cell manufacturing to ensure that products are reliable, safe and compliant with current standards. By continuously monitoring, testing and improving production processes, they not only guarantee the quality of the products delivered, but also ensure customer confidence and uphold Verkor’s reputation.

Quality professions

Maintenance

Maintenance teams ensure that production equipment runs smoothly. Their mission is to prevent breakdowns by regularly servicing machines and responding quickly in case of malfunction. Their work is varied and can involve areas such as mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics and laser systems.

Maintenance is divided into several specialities:

  • Corrective maintenance: repairing breakdowns.
  • Preventive maintenance: anticipating failures.
  • Reliability maintenance: improving equipment performance.
  • Utility maintenance: ensuring the proper functioning of essential installations (compressed air, water, electricity, etc.).

Mickaël Vanhille, Maintenance Technician

Supply chain

The supply chain manages all material and product flows, from the purchase of raw materials to the delivery of finished modules to customers. This department plans, organises and optimises each stage of the logistics process: procurement, warehousemanagement, internal transport within the factory, and shipping. Thanks to this coordination, production can run smoothly and customers receive their deliveries on time
