This ambition is fully aligned with the European energy transition, addressing both industrial sovereignty and decarbonization challenges. Today, it is taking shape through the development of our Gigafactory in Dunkerque, a key milestone in scaling up to large-scale industrial production.<\/p>\n<h4>A \u201cdigital by design\u201d industrial model<\/h4>\n<p>To meet the challenge of ramping up production, Verkor is deploying a \u201cdigital by design\u201d model, where digital technologies are integrated from the very beginning of the factory\u2019s design.<\/p>\n<p>This model is based on:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the integration of industrial and IT systems,<\/li>\n<li>artificial intelligence to optimize performance,<\/li>\n<li>process automation,<\/li>\n<li>real-time data utilization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This approach improves decision-making, enables continuous performance monitoring, and strengthens operational efficiency.<\/p>\n<h4>A strategic partnership with Capgemini<\/h4>\n<p>It is in this context that our partnership with Capgemini takes place. Together, the teams have designed a digital backbone aligned with the industrial processes of the Verkor Innovation Centre in Grenoble, through to the deployment of digital solutions in the Dunkerque Gigafactory.<\/p>\n<p>The objective is clear: to accelerate industrial performance, reduce risks associated with ramp-up, and better control quality, costs, and operational efficiency.
